  • 630g Casa Della Pasta Silvia’s Veal Tortellini
  • 400g Casa Della Pasta Nino’s Napoli Style Tomato Sauce
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Shaved Parmesan cheese, for serving

Method

  1. Heat the Casa Della Pasta Nino’s Napoli Style Tomato Sauce as per the packet instructions.
  2. Cook the Casa Della Pasta Silvia’s Veal Tortellini according to the packet instructions.
  3. While the tortellini is cooking, ensure Nino’s Napoli Style Sauce is warm.
  4. Once Silvia’s tortellini is cooked, gently drain it.
  5. Divide the cooked tortellini among serving bowls.
  6. Spoon a generous amount of the warm Napoli Style Sauce over the tortellini.
  7. Garnish each serving with fresh basil leaves and serve with shaved Parmesan cheese on the side.
