Bolognese Sauce with Allegra's Fettuccini

Ingredients

  • 400g Casa Della Pasta Pepe’s Bolognese Sauce
  • 375g Casa Della Pasta Allegra’s Fresh Fettuccini
  • 40g grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
  • Fresh basil leaves

Method

  1. Heat the Casa Della Pasta Pepe’s Bolognese Sauce in the microwave according to the packet instructions.
  2. While the sauce is nearly finished heating, cook the Casa Della Pasta Allegra’s Fresh Fettuccini as per the packet instructions.
  3. Strain the cooked fettuccini into a bowl and top with the heated Bolognese sauce.
  4. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
