Method
- Heat the Casa Della Pasta Pepe’s Bolognese Sauce as per the packet instructions.
- Heat the Casa Della Pasta Gina’s Creamy Cheese Sauce as per the packet instructions.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan/ Gas Mark 4).
- Lightly grease your baking tray.
- Spread a thin layer of Pepe’s beef Bolognese sauce evenly over the bottom of the tray.
- Arrange a layer of Emilia’s fresh Lasagne pasta sheets over the sauce, slightly overlapping if necessary to fit the tray.
- Spoon a layer of the Pepe’s beef bolognese sauce over the pasta.cheese
- Repeat the layers – pasta, Bolognese sauce – until you have used about 8-9 layers of pasta.
- For the final layer, spread a thin, even layer of Gina’s creamy cheese sauce over the top layer of pasta.
- Sprinkle the grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over Gina’s creamy cheese sauce.
Bake the Lasagne
- Place the assembled Lasagne in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling and the Lasagne is heated through.
- Heat the Casa Della Pasta Gina’s Creamy Cheese Sauce as per the packet instructions.

- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
